Customers need to make sure all vents are accessible. No furniture blocking any vents. Furnace also needs to be accessible. Customer, kids, and animals should be outside during the cleaning. It may get a little dusty. If you should choose to stay inside, it is at your own risk (recommend wearing face mask, especially if elderly, allergies, or medical conditions). Be aware of equipment.
