Refund 100% before job is completed, cancel anytime. Damages incurred (up to 100% off, free service, within reason) I am a professional, and aware of my surroundings, but if an unlikely incident should happen, we have General Liability Busniess Insurance. After services are complete, if not satisfied, discounts may be applied, however, some costs will still exists. We do our best for customer satisfaction.
