Effective Date: July 31, 2026
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between
Brando's Ductwork Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") receiving duct cleaning and related HVAC services. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Area & Estimates
- Service Radius: We proudly serve residential properties within McHenry County, IL, Kane County, IL, and Lake County, IL.
- Estimates: Initial phone, text, or email quotes are preliminary estimates based on customer-provided information. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins.
- Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust final pricing if the actual number of vents, returns, or system conditions differ from the initial request.
2. Pricing & Additional Fees
- Scope Changes: Additional charges apply for severe contamination, heavy mold remediation needs, excessive construction debris, or rusted components.
- Component Access: Extra fees may apply if technicians must cut access panels into drywall or trunk lines to properly clean the system.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Workspace Prep: Customer must remove fragile items, valuables, and furniture away from vents and HVAC equipment before technicians arrive.
- Pet Safety: All pets must be safely secured in a separate room for the duration of the service appointment.
- System Disclosures: Customer must disclose any known pre-existing HVAC mechanical issues, structural damage, or history of biological growth.
- Required Utilities: Customer must provide continuous, active electricity and water access during the entire service window.
4. Cancellation & Scheduling
- Cancellation Fee: We charge a $0 cancellation fee.
- Notice Request: While there is no financial penalty, we kindly request advanced notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can manage our routing in McHenry, Kane, and Lake counties.
5. Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee
- Warranty Window: We stand behind our workmanship. Any service issues or dissatisfaction must be reported to us no more than a months (30 days) after the service date.
- Remedy: If a valid issue is reported within the month window, Brando's Ductwork Services LLC will inspect and, if necessary, re-clean the problematic areas at no additional charge to the customer.
6. Liability Limitations
- Pre-Existing Wear: We are not liable for damage to brittle, aging, poorly installed, or already deteriorated ductwork and HVAC components.
- Stains & Odors: Standard cleaning removes loose debris and dust but does not guarantee the removal of permanent stains or deeply embedded odors in porous materials.
- Property Damage: Any physical property damage claims must be reported to the company in writing within 7 business days of service completion.
7. Payment & Illinois Law
- Payment Due: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service unless corporate billing terms were agreed upon in writing beforehand.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
